Janiqua Janet Photography
1. Services
Janiqua Janet Photography offers a range of photography services, including portrait sessions, family sessions, maternity, events, and other custom photography experiences.
2. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to your session date, as outlined in your invoice.
3. Deposits & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your session, your deposit can be transferred to a new date provided at least 5 days’ notice is given.
4. Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Janiqua Janet Photography needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
5. Image Delivery
Your edited gallery will be delivered within 14 days from your session.
All images are provided in high resolution via a private online gallery for download.
6. Usage & Copyright
Janiqua Janet Photography retains copyright of all images.
Clients are granted a personal-use license, meaning images can be shared and printed for personal use but not used for commercial purposes.
Images may be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions for locations, venues, or individuals included in the session.
8. Liability
Janiqua Janet Photography is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the session.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen issues, liability is limited to a refund of the deposit.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
10. Amendments
Janiqua Janet Photography reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated where appropriate.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
